Peaceful stay, as always. Overall clean, great value, really helpfull staff. Substantial breakfast and amazing food. Big size suite and amazing bed. Excellent customer care too. Soft drinks, consistent wifi were a nice surprise.

The staff was willing to help, smooth check-in and the room was normal and top-class. The breakfast offered fresh bread, eggs, cheese and cereal. Immaculately clean and bright hotel in Kriens district. Absolutely perfect location, we need just 10 minutes walk to get to the bus station. We liked the stay, it was a pleasant experience.

A modern hotel in Lucerne. Fine breakfasts plus very competent staff - relaxing stay. Really comfortable bed, quite big and really clean room. Bathroom was spacious and we truly enjoyed it. The service was HELPFUL too. Found in a very quiet part of the town.

Hotel was economical, I liked it. This was a just excellent typical business venue in an ideal location. Found in a downtown area. Again, it was good for exploring Schachmuseum. The breakfast cost me usd 16 per person per day : cheese, cereals, slices of fresh bread and eggs were tasty👌
